SnapNames private auction

Hi,

SnapNames caught an expiring domain I signed up for, and I am now in a private auction that has only two bidders (me and one other bidder).

I am new to domain drop catching and I thought maybe someone could help me clarify two things:

1) Is the auction end time final or it gets extended if a bid is made in the last seconds?

2) Does the fact that there was only one person interested in this domain is a strong indicator that it isn't worth much?

1) Is the auction end time final or it gets extended if a bid is made in the last seconds?
Bids received during the final minutes of an auction automatically extend the auction close time by five minutes (Source FAQ)
2) Does the fact that there was only one person interested in this domain is a strong indicator that it isn't worth much?
Probably yes, but who can answer?
My best backorders are domains on which I myself would not have bet too much
