Snapnames payment pending?

Yesterday I drop catch a name on snapnames for the first time, I was the only bidder, so I got it for 60$.
If I go into My Auction -> Pending orders, I can see the domain name with a "You won: $60 (payment pending)".

The problem is that if I go in the payment center then, there are no names listed, and a red notice says "This feature is not available for your account".

So now, How do I pay?

When I subscribed to snapnames I've also submitted my Credit card details, and I thought it was an automatic process (you win the name and seconds after your CC is processed).

Now more then 1 day has passed, but the situation hasn't changed. What are the next steps?

Usually they charge your credit card automatically, best to send an email to their support people.

Check your credit card on file at snap to see if all of the information is correct, including its expiration date and 3 digit code. Also, call the phone number for your card company to see if there is a pending charge for $60 on your card. This snap charge is usually put on a valid card same day.

The problem was that the phone number I entered was incorrect. I'm using a different one now since I'm in a different country.

It looked like if my account was "disabled" somehow.
They've send me an email asking if the phone number was correct since they were unable to reach me, I gave them the new one and after few minutes I got a phone call from someone in snapnames.
At that stage they've activated the account and charged the CC.
I didn't know they are so strict about contact details..
Now I'm in control of the name.. so problem solved.

Oftopic question: What domainname did you acquire? Just interested because I do alot of bidding but dont seem to get any at 60 dollars...
