Snapnames Help Please

Hey guys I have won a domain today at snapnames about 7 hours ago.I sent them email but no reply so does anyone know how long it takes for me to be able to pay for this?It shows i won and the price and it is in pending orders right now.

If you go to your account there's a tab called payment center and make your payment.

You don't need to send them any emails. Also, if you have your cc account with them, they'll take the money out for the domain.

last time I used it I went into that tab that yanni mentioned and paid and the next day I got an email with my login details from the registrar the name was at, I then waited 60 days and transferred out to a more familiar or known register, good luck.

I now may have similar problem.

My money was always automatically deducted before. But
yesterday's winning are still in pending.

In the payment center when I click the tab, it says that this option is not available.
What is the problem?

I'd say to email them immediately, IMHO ... if there was an issue or something out of the ordinary with your c.c., for instance, they might default the "winner" / payment to the next highest bidder!!? This has never happened to me ... but it stresses to contact them a.s.a.p. IMHO. :talk:

Sparedomains also makes a very GOOD point ... transfer those suckers into your Enom Reseller (or whatever is your favorite Registrar) account on the 61st day! You'll sleep better at nights, I did! :tu: :zzz:
