Snapnames buy it now

So I purchased an expired OnlineNIC domain at snapnames on 11th of October and it is showing pending transfer in my SN account,
Whois status shows registration under snapnames and OnlineNIC and epp is client transfer prohibited, I had raised a ticket with them yesterday but no reply yet. Does anyone have had similar issues with SN and did you get hold of the domain eventually?
