Established Small Hosting Co. for Sale -- Somewhat Urgent

Hello,

A critical family issue has arisen which has taken us away from managing a small hosting company we own. Rather than see it wither, we want to sell it.

There are approximately 30 hosting customers, 10 IRC customers, and 4 resellers. We have been unable to provide continual support for the last 8 days.

Monthly income varies from $340-$500, with expenses of around $220/month.

There is an ENOM account and the system uses AWBS and DirectAdmin.

It runs on a dedicated server which allows IRC hosting.

We would like to sell this in the next 48 hours as we don't want the customers to suffer service interruptions.

The starting price is low: $400. There is no reserve.

- does the $220 goes all to the server or with something else? ( like ads )
- will the customers stay with the change of ownership?
