i want to know whether webhost can use skype for their business.

Now in skype Beta there is skypein, with skypein we can get one number in US, so that US customer can call skype number as local call.And we can chat with that person through skype.
Am I right?

Maybe, it's bad for the image for a serious business. You better offer support via 800-number but not Skype-in one...
