Thanks for the reply. Still not bad for a quick flip nonetheless. I'm not the most inexperienced, I've sold a few domains now, but would you recommend sticking with lodges that use the name 'Skyline Lodge' or should I make it more broad than that?

Also, try to negotiate by email if your phone negotiation game is not up to scratch. It also gives you more time to analyze their responses.

I have actually seen a couple of domains you have posted in the appraisal section and they are not bad at all. I think you are on the right track. Concerning your question, I would say do both. Keep doing outbound marketing and also test the after market waters by listing the name at afternic or gd. You never know, someone might be opening a lodge in the next couple months and they might stumble upon your name in the market place. The more exposure it gets, the better. Just dont pay too much for exposure.This names is at least worth mid $xxx. Good luck!
