It has lot of PR4 pages and some PR5 pages.

Marketleap shows 60 index pages in Google and 171 index pages in MSN. Site is about one and half years old. Will be good for somebody planning to develop it further, Site management is simple and easy with the current script. Or you can redesign if you want. Make offer I will consider if it is reasonable.
