Well i was coding my first template ever and i think it turned out pretty good does anyone have any suggestions on how i can improve im still working on the php and javascript code for now and also on some more advance coding.

Hey, I would do something about the spacing issue the template faces on larger resolutions (refer to the attached image). I think you could place another one of the tables like "sponsors" beneath it to cover the huge chunk of empty space. The titles of the three tables on the right are difficult to read. Other than that, it looks fine- good luck with the sale.
