The revenue is generated via commissions from sales of an affiliate ebook. The ebook is through Clickbank, so you can change it over to your ID in seconds.

The revenue has consistently increased over the past months as you can see.

Nothing special, averages around 18 visits a day, but that is only because they are all super-targeted visits.

Ranking:

We do some PPC, but it is less than 10% of the net revenue. You could simply stop the PPC and not notice a huge difference in the earnings. Most of the traffic comes from organic searches. very very little! We spent about $15 over the last 30 days on PPC. Of course, this is because the site is highly favored in Google.
The buyer will get all of our PPC campaigns too, which we have tested to determine what converts the best and is the most profitable.

Can you give us a little more information on the custom CMS? What can it do and can it be used to create other sites?

The CMS is very similar to what is used by the top article directories. You simply go in and submit your article like you would normally. The cool thing is that this one has SEO tools in it. So you can define your Title, h3 tags, and other things in there. You can also change the order of the pages on the site, and choose where to place each new addition on the site.
The site also has a Google Sitemap and it automatically picks up any new pages submitted and adds it to the sitemap, which is then visited by the Google bot. This essentially means that your new content is indexed very quickly!

Do you use squidoo lenses? Are they included in the sale?

Also, are you sure that all the sales are from your site only. I ask this because many of your affiliate IDs match with your squidoo lens instead of your website.

Yes, the Squidoo lens is included in the sale. The buyer receives the lens as well and it is transfered to their account.
