Site Critique please!

Hi everyone, I'm re-designing my web site and any comments, suggestions and feedback appreciated on my new design.

the content isnt there (in the boxes at the bottom) but you'll get the idea..

This is to replace the existing one on www.now-design.co.uk.

too plain 6/10 and i think that the boxes and stuff are a bit oversized...my opinion only
