Since in general the singular word is preferable to the plural I've been around with some domain keywords testing and would appreciate your thoughts about this example regarding the cruise(s) word.

Would you prefer to reg a domain like seacruises or seacruise?

Cruise is a more powerful keyword due to Tom Cruise but for instance caribbean cruises (plural) is more often searched as referred by Google Keywords Tool than the singular.

The plural should be better if there are more searches for it. "Tom Cruise" doesn't apply to this domain unless he starts a cruise line (Someone was selling TomCruiseLine.com here a while back...).

Depending on what the web site is going to be about, the singular or plural could be better. Many people get tripped up because the lack a native English speaker's skill and don't understand that in some cases one form is almost always used, and the other almost never, like "softwares" for example.

If your domain starts getting traffic, the other one may also receive
traffic (typo), so consider getting both (if you're planning to work
hard for your project).

Singular/Plural Typos Is one the Typos that gets more traffic.

If you want to pick one, i would go for the plural.

Good Luck.
