A drug used to treat asthma attacks...that's what I'm finding on the internet. I see the COM being worth a pretty penny, and the NET having Low / Mid XXX potential. Maybe you find more if the right buyer was there. I'm not that familiar with this drug, but apparently its common for those that do suffer from shortness of breath...serves its purpose

This domain may be a niche buy. More commonly known drugs in a NET (like valium as a case example) would be easy X,XXX territory...how common / known something is counts

As jhm mentioned, this seems to be a popular drug but a very niche buy. I suggest, renew it and wait for the right offers to roll in, if at all. Can't think of any use case apart from the medicine, for this domain name.
