Simple CNAME question

I brought a domain here called hostingz.org

And I'm using CNAME to set its nameservers to ns5.ethii.com

That's it, no subdomains.

But when I check the nameservers, I see ns1.dynadot.com and ns2.dynadot.com

Why is this? Does this mean I'm doing something wrong because http://www.hostingz.org won't load

The purpose of CNAME is to set an alias so that hostingz.org = www.hostingz.org

You need to declare hostingz.org = www.hostingz.org as CNAME
What you have actually done is specify that www.hostingz.org points to ns5.ethii.com and that isn't going to work.

How do I make http://www.hostingz.org point to ns5.ethii.com (NS)
And http://www.domains.hostingz.org point to afan104802.mercury.orderbox-dns.com (NS) as well.
