Simple building program

I am currently using Yahoo sitebuilder to build my web sites, I like it because it is as simple as cut and paste, no coding needed, it has great templates, etc.
Is there a program like this that is as easy and as usefull, that I can purchase.
I like sitebuilder, but don't like paying $12 per month per site.

Mac or PC? There's tons of free ones like nVu for cross platform...there's iWeb on the mac and frontpage on the PC.

Maybe check out google sites/pages?

If you want more power there's Dreamweaver too.

If it's a content site, you might want to try Wordpress. It's very easy to use & above all, completely free.
