Similar service with DomainTools.com ?

I usually visit DomainTools.com for my domain research
What i really like is their ability to query domains with the email field or other whois details
This service costs a lot. I assume because they offer something unique.
Is there any similar service free or cheaper ?

(By the way i see now that i get a blank screen when i try to get a whois from domaintools [ for example http://whois.domaintools.com/namepros.com ], does it work for you ?)

I have the same problem today.

Expensive, yes... i not use the email option.

I used proxy before but couldn't access it either

Now it's working ok. Anyway
