Some of these are already in use. I sold MD .now(highest MD sale to date) and its already in use by a multi million dollar company from indonesia. I'm not telling you to buy anything nor care. But this extension is gaining traction.

The folks above don't seem to have lost money
1. I don't know for each seller how many names they have, what they spent,
2. The issue is really that we cannot say .now is gaining traction and mislead people that will start registering 2 and three word domains within the .now extensions especially most of them not even making sense for the extension. This is how so many people lose a lot of money.

I took take the IG guru approach and avoid all negativity and let everyone here lose money, or I could tell people to be very cautious. I opt to warn people, I wish back in the day when I went on buying binges someone would at least get me to pause and think.

Agree on not to register 2/3 word .now domains.

I do feel this 'call to action' extension is one of the more appealing ones and may end up in the same bracket as .CO .IO .AI .XYZ with one-word/verb domains, but time will tell.

Do you REALLY care about people you don't know losing money? Let them learn from their own mistakes. It's actually the best way to learn anything IMO.

Yes, I care. A significant amount of this forum is dedicated to helping others avoid mistakes that are costly. Your logic is also strange. If learning from your own mistakes is the best way to learn, why should I deprive people I DO KNOW from the best learning method? ๐Ÿคฃ

Of course, but losing a couple hundred $ won't kill anyone. There's nothing we can do against fomo and impulsive people. Losing some money will help them control their emotions better. Pain works, it works on me and many people I know.
