make a list of all Chinese provinces and cities. You can start with the ones with the biggest population but I can guarantee you. You can go down to the bottom of the list with the least amount of population. And you will see something interesting.

Take that list and for each province and city. Slap an "S" at the end and then check if the .com is taken.

See what you will end up with.

Plurals don't need an apostrophe. It's if it's possessive or abbreviated that you need an apostrophe.

So you can have the apples but you can also have the apple's pips.
