With 4n.com and 5n.com prices increase I believe 6n.coms are the next logical step. Because of this, I have invested in this niche and expect to see growth in the coming months.

It was a big day for numerics on Go Daddy, 60333.com closed at $13,005 and 615888.com closed at $5,500, that is a nice price for a 6N.com. To keep things moving we had a 7N.com 8888588.com close at $820.

Now the bidding is really interesting on the 7N.com. You will see that there were 3 bidders and the name is at $105, when all of a sudden here comes bidder 4 and he jumps the bid up to $500, so then bidder 4 and bidder 1 go back and forth up to $810, this is all done 3 days before the auction closes. Then out of the blue right at the close bidder 5 comes and bids just $10 more and the auction ends at $820.

SC8.com closed at $4,361 with 81 bids from 16 bidders. This was a public auction, the domain registered since 1997 had two drops before 97. The .net and .org are registered.

5858.tv closed at $160 on NameJet.

There were a few other 5N.com closes on Go Daddy, 79890.com at $442, 77296.com at $466, 35696.com at $445 and 90581.com at $445. 28982.com closed at $850 on NameJet and 67248.com closed at $176.

NameJet also saw some 5N.net action today, 37733.net closed at $125, 94999.net at $330 and 78788.net at $530.

In other 6N.com action, 988810.com closed at just $17, on Go Daddy odd containing 888 these are getting $30 + on Namepros. Go Daddy also had 818100.com close at $22. The numeric palindrome 962269.com closed at $339 on 4.CN. NameJet saw 873456.com close at $109.

I did the same, but with nnnnn.com's from 2006 onwards.. everyone back then said what a waste ..lol

now holding 100 + of the suckers and sitting very pretty.

What do you guys think about my 143 domains?

Typically, "most" buyers of numerics are Chinese. And the Chinese do not like the number 4 in "most" situations. You've put together combinations that are US specific, but I don't personally think there's many US folks looking at the meaning of numerics.

For me, I see them as a virtual investment currency, somewhat in the vein of Bitcoit, but lacking the same liquidity and real time purchase power. And from that perspective, I do try to stay away from both 4's and 5's, sticking to concentrate in the 6, 7, 8 and 9 range... with some 1, 2, and 3's where applicable.

So, IMHO, the likelihood a US buyer looking to use the "I love you" area code combo thing is pretty slim.

Hey guys, I sold about 800 of 6n.com, between $85-$450 each. I still have 3600 more of them. My floor for "4" is now $100, min 10 with the "4" in them. My floor for the best one's "88" without"4" is now $1000 each or $500 in bulk if you buy min 10. I don't have to sell, I can hold, but if anybody is interested in seeing my list PM me.

If anybody is selling the worst 6n for under $100 now you are underselling or desperate for cash. Look at Namebio at the comps.

It's simple domains on the whole with 0/4 in them sell for less overall.

It doesn't even make that much difference where the 0/4 are, although some way at the end is better, but in truth from my tracking of sales I really don't notice much difference.

Had 688856.com or the like sold it would have been a 4 figure sale, although I do agree it was a very nice sale at $888.

You also need to realise that in recent days the value of premium/patterned 6n.coms have been flying to new highs almost daily. Names just weeks ago you could buy for $300-500 you will now need to pay $700-1k+ for them at auction.

Exciting times for 6n.com!

I should add that patterned 6n with 0/4 in them do sell well, and by the day they go for higher prices, such as 88... ones, something like 288003.com etc. type patterns have risen sharply in value as well in recent weeks and days. Despite the recent correction for lower quality with and without 0/4, the premium patterns with and without 0/4 have still risen sharply in that time.

When the whole market overall picks up again, I think the premium patterns will go to new levels altogether from what we're seeing today. However, new highs are happening daily, so you don't need to have a crystal ball to see this happening before your eyes.
