I personally would not renew it then, unless I had some definite development plans for the site.

By the way, in looking up your domain I noticed you had it on 1plus. I have never heard of them before but their page layouts look pretty good. Have you had much luck with them with other sites you own?

Oh yeah, I also noticed that if you try and go to recidivate.com directly, you get some kind of error page.
