Personally, I'd drop them all.

If you do decide to keep the "2012" names you better start finding a buyer ASAP as 2012 will come very quickly & the name will be worth $0 after that.

I think godaddy will do .info for $6.99 with coupon.

Why can't you just delete the .info's and then pick them up again at .99 cents? I checked this out and as soon as I deleted the domain (got a refund on the fifth day of ownership if that's relevant) it was immediately available for reg again.
Is it this easy after you've had the domain for nearly a year?

good point leegor. Seems a good option to me. If it expires I think it might get a bit more complicated but if you delete it then I dont see why you cant just immediately re reg it.
