please tell me they are good or not and have value?

Not usually a good idea to publically post available domains that you might be interested in... but to be honest, I don't really see any value in these two names. Squixy.com might possibly work as a brandable but that is such a lottery ticket and you might be holding it for years to come.

@Ramzan Ali Welcome to namepros

yes you should buy deleted domain but consider the following first.
1. Name with .com extension is great but .net may also be good to sell.
2. check its previous history at http://web.archive.org
3. check if the domain is blacklisted by google
4. check if the domain is banned by google Adsense http://ctrlq.org/sandbox
5. check the name has any PA, DA http://moz.com/researchtools/ose/
6. check if the domain was previously developed (type in google search http://site:yourdomainname.com )
7. check its Alexa ranking if any. http://alexa.com
8. check the similar domain names worth / sold price http://dnpric.es

Hope these tips will help you to find the best sell-able names to make quick money.

Yes Absolutely, But do your research on each and every name, Use wayback and make sure you know the name is clean, not blacklisted by Google, was never used for any illegal or unethical stuff.

It is A LOT of work and hours put in, to get good expired-dropped names, But worth it, Domain mining is the best!
