Should DropCatch change policy to allow 2nd highest to claim?

This officially makes it comical.

I ask DropCatch why dont allow 2nd to claim, if the highest bid is unable pay like “Snapname”?

You can still ban non-paying deadbeats.

Wow had never realized there were incidents of this on high-profile domain auctions. I bet it's one of those people that aimlessly drive up the price.
