That's very weird, I re-tested the demo a million times with no errors. Can you tell me the URL you're trying to shorten please, and any options you've chosen?

It doesn't have an admin backend as of yet, but there are plans to implement one (you'll see from the code that some of it is hidden in comments for new versions of the script when they're released).

Customization of the script in terms of design is easy, just edit the CSS file given. You can virtually do what you want with it as all (x)HTML/CSS is unencrypted along with the PHP.

When i create a short url, why is the result so strange?

I understand the scrip is installed in "demo" but why the double "//" after it?

Why not script.com/az instead of script.com//l/az ?

That's the way the coder did it, and I'm unsure as to the reason why, but it doesn't hinder the script in any way shape or form, so it's not much of an issue.

No, the script works for me (in firefox) but it's a little annoying.
Also a short url should be as short as possible and not use an extra directory (the "/l/") and a double "//".

The only reason why the link isn't short in the demo is because of the URL and directory I've installed it in. Obviously you choose where you want to install it, and I chose to install it in /demo/

To make it as short as possible i could install it on mydomain.com BUT then it add a double slash "//" after the domain extension, then a directory called "/l/" and after that the short link.

So in fact it use mydomain.com//l/shortlink instead of how it could (and should) be mydomain.com/shortlink


Note: I don't say anyhing negative about the script, it's just kind of feedback.
