Simply awful name.

First major issue is that it's grammatically incorrect. It should be "shoe facts"

For two, what the hell are "shoe facts"? Who is out there looking for facts about shoes?

It's actually worth negative money. Because no one will ever buy it meanwhile you'll pay $8 a year to renew it. It's a liability not an asset
