I did enter an email for updates but my question is simple and straightforward. I've been in marketing and advertising for many years consulting and building business and the inability or unwillingness to answer a basic question from a potential consumer does not instill confidence...but, you must have your reasons so I will wait for the big reveal.

There is absolutely nothing in the way of structuring or information on that “offering” that would bypass a federal registration requirement for securities especially given the number of investors. There are also individual state securities laws. The use of the word “shares” - I can’t imagine any attorney would have signed off on that. If there is something unique about this offering that eliminates the need for registration or investor requirements it’s not disclosed on that one page website.

It’s also one of those annoying websites that won’t allow you to back out of it keeps reloading. Well anyway at least it doesn’t reload porn on every back click.

Anyway it’s a daring proposition and I hope it flies without repercussions but typically the way these things topple is when an investor loses money and cries to a regulatory body. If that doesn’t happen this venture might pass unscreened.

I saw this offering and I can't remember if I invested or not. If the money was required upfront then obviously I did not invest but I can't remember if the preliminary step was to show interest with payment later.

I also invested $100 in the Cyber Truck but I remember that one haha.
