interesting thread. until i started looking, i didn't realize how many 'true' geos i have. they don't compare to many of the great names in this thread, though. my favorite is one of the latest, which purists would say isn't a true geo at all - iVenezia.com.

but i also like Austrailia.im.

not certain but i think it has the same coordinates as australia.

funny thing is that i don't remember now if i knew it was a typo when i regged it. i'm pretty sure it was an out-and-out mistake. if i did know, i quickly forgot. not until yesterday, after i posted the name here and then i got around to filling in the 'offer description' at sedo, did i realize this isn't the actual name of the continent.

i think it'll still do well developed, though, because lots of people make the mistake i made - 60,500 type this exact spelling into google search engines each month. the typo also has very good ad support and a cpc of $1.19.

by comparison, your correctly spelled names VisitAntarctica .com and VisitArctic (visit arctic?).com get 880 and, oh, 0 searches each month, respectively.
