There are of course many third level ngTLD sales through Names.of.London (and similar). They announced a week or so ago one of my favourites:
It goes to a developed site for wholesale land purchase. For those unfamiliar with their operation, Names.of.London own domains like for.sale and then sell multiple people different third level words. Not sure if he is active on NPs.

I notice that at.top is in use. Some sort of Chinese blockchain related app (from what I could understand from translation)
An .icu domain name that I sold is operating as an information site for different sports (mainly football/soccer has most of content as of now). Does not seem yet to have ads, but I presume they plan to introduce monetization at some point.
Google just launched squoosh.app. This is why we'll never sell our premium edit.app and photo.app.
