Has a high keyword rank of over 500 hits per day.

I'm a newbie to domaining and don't know html or how to create a website, I was thinking of pointing to it "youtube" and sell fashionable clothing - I think sexy clothes doesn't have to mean adult clothes - it sort of generic for nice fashionable clothes.

What do you think, please appraise as well. Nice hearing from you. :xf.love:

.tv is a ccTLD that is being used to represent tv = television. Its been one of the more popular ccTLD's for this very reason. The issue here is keyword harmony with its extension. Does "Sexy Clothes" make sense in a television extension? Unfortunately no.

SexyClothes.com would be a fantastic domain name, because quite obviously you could sell clothes on the site, or even turn it adult. However, how would you create Sexy Clothes media? In this case I dont see this working out well enough for the domain to have resale potential.

I also recommend since you are a rookie, checking out a few of the newbie sections tips. And I personally recommend sticking with .com until youve gained suitable knowledge to venture off into other TLDs.

I believe you just answered it for me. There are an extensive amounts of clothing shopping channels on TV already, OVC and other names (can't think of the name right now). In addition you have have clothng designers like Monica (monique) who has come out with her sexy clothing line on Television. So it's out there already.

It can also be developed into an adult channel on television (there are plenty of those), but my plan was probably to develop into a fashion clothes channel (there's a lot of media on that as well). So, I don't agree.

AND, the mere fact that's more than 500 hits per day on this term that's an indication that people are looking for sexy clothing period and even they can see models, figure, live people with the clothes on, it sure beats just shopping on the web.

Hi,

I'm really thankful for your reply. I'm grateful for constructive criticism.

But just one question: can you ask your significant other (wife or girlfriend) and ask her if she would like to see "sexy clothes" on television. Get back to me on that!

Sexyclothes.tv would take an extensive amount of branding vs. a name like fashion.tv which could sell all kinds of clothes including sexy ones. I don't think you read Spade's post correctly. He was stating that sexyclothes.com would be a great name, because it's a .com. In comparison to .com, .Tv goes for around 2-5% of .com sales.

As a name itself, undeveloped, it is not worth more than registration fee for a reseller and I wouldn't pay more than $5 for it. It's not impossible to make that name work, but because you are limited in your skills of development, it'll be costly to see a return on investment. Please take Spade's advice and research some more before hand registering

It could be a video site of girls walking around in sexy clothes like lingerie, gstrings, etc. Or even bikini contests, wet t-shirt contensts, cam girls, etc.
