Almost always minimum of $xxx, unless it's an incredibly obscure ccTLD like .xj.cn
Typically $x,xxx I'd say.

Sex sells, always. That is what happens when the global society gets more and more fascinated by porn and decadence... Porn surfers want to see naked ladies, that is all they care about. The name of the site will not matter to them. So even sex.tf, sex.gi or sex.gg would still sell for respectful amounts. Although the Pope will get a heart attack from the idea alone, I bet even sex.va would sell for a couple of hundreds or maybe more

At least $XXX. If it's a real ccTLD then it'd still be easy to type for end users, giving it the increased value.

ccTLD's are becoming more popular each day for businesses to have the local presence and respect for there country.

The popular cctlds (non-vanity ones) including: .CO.UK, .DE, .COM.AU, .EU all have premimum sales in the XXX,XXX region so in this case sex would easily go for upwards to 1 million.

Vanity ccTLD's like .CC and .TV could also see sales in the high XX,XXX.

The rest of them IMO anywhere from low X,XXX - low XX,XXX
