India domains: What is considered illegal?

I've tried finding definitive answers to these questions and can't. I hope someone can help.

I've read that sex related .ins/.co.ins are illegal/not allowed in India but I've also read that you won't have any problems if you are in the US. How does all this work? What circumstances will make it OK to have a sex related India domain?


I've also read that gambling is illegal in India. How does this affect gambling related .ins and .co.ins?

I'm no professional in this matter but let me just throw out there that gambling online is illegal in the United States as well but it hasn't completely eliminated the market for such sites. Hope this helps.
