When I use webmail ;) (rarely), I use squirrelmail
Neomail is really simple, and Horde is a power station :)

I typically use Outlook or Thunderbird.

Outlook is part of Office Professional, whereas Thunderbird can be downloaded for free through the Mozilla Foundation.

Here is the specs and features for Thunderbird if you're interested:
Mozilla Thunderbird, Free POP Email and RSS Client

Hope that helps, let me know if there's anything else you need

If you really need web based email, might I suggest just forwarding your domain's email to a GMail account?

Use thunderbird. Easiest to use, and very powerful. Though i must say i do use gmail for personal email :)

I use neomail and I am a huge fan. Obviously you are running CPanel and you can configure that to your Outlook as long as you have ie6. If you don't know how pm me for help.
