a couple of things kick this up to making sense to get better server, the need for 1,500GB and 100mps connection.

P2800 Server
Dual 2.8 GHz Xeon
2 x 120GB HDD Drive
1GB ECC RAM
2000GB Bandwidth
16 IPs (11 usable)
Windows / RHE / FreeBSD

would be $269 a month, if you can go down to 1200GB instead of 1500GB, and/or a 10Mps connection I can quote some cheaper machines.
This assume the mail programs are part of cpanel.
