domain seojerk.com developed site please appraise

hi all pleasde can you appraise the domain.. seojerk.com fully developed site and has had 2 sales since launch totalling just under 75usd..

what do u guys think

2 sales since when? if the sales are sustainable, then you can sell the site for 2-3-4 year's sales (the domain itself is not worth too much)

where are visitors coming from? is the popularity of the site sustainable?

without these, it's hard to appraise

Well i would say that if you have 10 to 12 months stats of rev showing X amount you will be able to get 12 to 24 months rev then you ad in for any scripts that you had to pay for as well as any PR and design work done that will give you the value of the site.

For the domain it self i dont see much value in it since these are the results when checked.
