SEO Help .org.uk and .org sites. Will Pay

I've got two sites one which is a .org.uk and one is a .org

Im wanting to SEO them so they appear on no.1 for google for the keywords in the domain.

e.g 1st page top 5 for "blue widgets" domain bluewidgets.org.uk (example)


I'm looking for SEO tips, and maybe someone who can submit links to directories for me or write articles.
