I am selling as I no longer have the time to run it because I am moving on to new projects. XboxIt.com has lots of unique content. The design is not unique but, the content is. The site runs on wordpress; which makes it very easy to maintain.
The site is well worth what I am putting it up for. The site has some traffic, unique content and the design is non unique. The domain alone is very nice with 6 letters including "xbox" which is good for search engines.
