Established Selling unique developed MP3 site

I am looking to sell my latest creation;

Online Rock

There are no legal issues at all with the site content.

All bands have been contacted and have accepted use of their music on the site. I have also contacted Roadrunner Records as I know someone who works there and they have given me permission to add any song released by their bands as long as it is hosted on their servers. The tracks hosted on the server can also not be downloaded.

This site has -massive- potential, as I said it is unique and with a little more work, you could allow bands to submit their own songs etc. which would bring a large amount of traffic to the site as it could become known as a great place to easily find music to listen to online, easily.

Please assume no revenue as I haven't channeled the ads as I was contemplating not selling the site, as if I don't get a decent figure for it I will simply build up the site more.

Traffic was around 500 uniques for last month, with no advertising.
