I've just received a reply from the vBulletin Staff:

Hi there;
While the license itself is valid; it was purchased only yesterday and thus it cannot be transferred for another 90 days. Please feel free to let me know if you require any further assistance.

Unfortunately you're not going to be able to sell or transfer your owned license until the 90 days are up. Since your license can't be sold or transferred right now I'll go ahead and close this thread.
