I'm selling GardenListings.com, a site I've worked on for over a year. The site takes in $100 + in Google advertising per month and could become a great affliate or garden supply site.

Subscriptions through my RSS feed (which are available through FeebBurner, FeedCraft and WidgetBox) is 100+. I’ve set up 2 Google Gadgets for feed the as well. These are seen 16,000 time each week. Google doesn’t report actual subscription, only the page views.

Also, GardenListings has a good web presence (1044 Yahoo Back Links). and great search engine rankings. For example, the site is on the 1st page of results for the following:

Yahoo: White Gardens
Google: Small Garden Design
MSN: Garden Guides

Visitors come from:

68% Google
20% Yahoo
7% MSN

Whats adsense been like for the last 12 months?

Also do you make any revenue from affiliate like amazon etc?

The site's only a year and a half old. 12 months ago I probably made about $30. For the last 4 months I've made more than $100. Traffics up and search engine ranking keep improving. I've recently set up some affiliates through linkshare and performics. They have great gardening affiliate options (and nice looking banners). I've made a few sales so far.
