advice Selling .es domains ?

Hi. Are there any problems selling/transferring a .es domain on godaddy ? I found a killer spanish one worder I want to reg but don't want to if it is going to be impossible to sell it.... Anyone ever sell one ?

Keep in mind that change of ownership is bureaucratic (forms to be completed in Spanish by both seller and buyer + copy of ID to be submitted to the registry).
Some registrars allow you to push ccTLDs but the registrant in whois will remain unchanged since the transfer was carried out outside of the normal procedure.
Now if you find a killer domain that is still available, it probably isn't worth much in the first place.
