Selling Celeb names

I have some celeb names, but they're all in .us, .info, .net, .org extensions.
Is it a good idea to contact the celebrity's website name in some other TLD (say if I have BradPitt.net, offering it to BradPitt.com, or if I have BradPitt.info, offering it to BradPitt.us)?
Are there any legal issues I need to be concerned about?

If you offer it to the TM holder they've got you for a few things, primarily registering in bad faith. I would stay away from TM's.

I know that's just an example but why would BradPitt.com want your BradPitt.net? :o

unless you think you can get traffic, don't reg the none .com ones.
