Selling a Twitter Username

I recently got an offer on a Twitter username I own and use (I only have like 80 followers and they're probably bots or synthetic). It's a really good keyword+blog combination.

What would you guys value such a username as?

Think along the lines of homeblog, techblog in terms of scope and generic quality.

I registered it back in 2007.

I'm interested in hearing your opinions on the value and why. Let's just pretend the username is @techblog.

Thanks.
