Selling a complete (money making) portfolio

Hi everyone,

Well first of all this is just for the information.
(I am not actually thinking about selling a part of my portfolio)

Let's say you make $2500 a month by ppc parking programs. (sometimes more)
(The domains who make the most money are already regged for multiple
years and 99% of the domains are all registered at Fabulous )

The income comes from SedoPro, Namedrive and Fabulous.

If you would sell this money making portfolio, how much do you think
people will offer for it? (and are there buyers here at Namepros for those
high budget numbers?)

Well, think about it this way:
You need the money directly for a private matter.

Could you say how much the 75% would be in $ in your opinion

- Source of traffic is only Type-ins (90% Casino typo's)
- 95% .com's
- NO Hyphens
- NO IDN's
- NO Trademark Domains

income is generated by approx 250 domains from the 1000 domains regged.

The traffic is clean and stable (type in traffic) and no trademark aspects

It's hard to sell even 2-3 domains that avg $125 per month for 10-12 months revenue on forums such as this (I know from experience).

If you provided an exceptional amount of data and EVERYTHING checked out, I'm sure someone here (or on another domainer forum) would give you around 10-12 months revenue for the 250 names that have revenue. Be prepared to bump for a few months though!

It sounds like one helluva deal, even at $30,000, but most people who come here don't have anywhere near that kind of money to invest! I can't begin to tell you where else you could sell them as a lot, although it seems like there were some banner ads here recently for a company that does this (I could be mistaken!)

My portfolio nets me about $.50-2.00 a month

Also, I've seen it done before and wonder if it might be more profitable to setup affiliate accounts with casinos and just forward the domain to some established casino site rather than doing the PPC. I don't have any domains getting that much traffic so I don't know.

There are probably people out there who'd give you 2 years revenue (maybe more). I think 10-12 months is about what you could expect here at NP or other similar forums.

Gambling names are tough calls.

For example, I know any party poker names will basically be toast in the short term.

Add the us gov into the mix and you make for an unstable market for the names in general.

I think 18 months is about the average offer you will see on any gambling names these days. If you have solid names you have to gamble a bit yourself, do you want to take the $ off the table now? or hope for the market to stabilize in the long term?

well if confirm 2.5k per month stable n natural stats then i think there will be qa lot investing in the domains but also have to take account that when one year past by you have to renew those domains n if its like 1000 domains..then its not a good investment.. normally ppl wud more be interested in one or few domains that can generate that revenue.. if its one domain then i think easily 30k /12 mths revenue.. or maybe 24 months revenue as well.. esp those who put their money in fixed deposits.. do u think bank can give a 100% return in one year? so a lot ppl wud pay 1-2 years revenue to buy...

i might sell my portfol;io also if i needed money badly coz i know i can easily sell for a minimum of 12 months revenue..but at the moment not needed yet
