question Sell through rate of keywords

Has anyone found a program that can calculate the sell through rate of a domain keyword? I am interested in analyzing the probability that a certain keyword will sell in a given time. Thanks for the help.

NameBio is as close as it gets because most sales are private or not reported so we never ever have the full picture.

Too many variables, seasonal variations, emerging trends, anomalies and shifting goalposts imo. Would need a lot of data example hundreds of recent sales for each keyword to make any acurate analysis. You could write a program or get someone off Fiverr to do it. Will be a challenge.
