Sell, Park, or Monetize

Afternoon,

I recently purchased winereviewed dot com for a friend and they decided they didn't want it.

So I was sent to this site to try and sell it.

However, after doing some research I was thinking of either parking it or trying to monetize it. By that I mean set the site up with word press.. import some RSS articles and throw some adsense on it.

This will allow the site to get searches and then sell it?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I think that's a nice .com you got there. I would really try to dev it...could be a pretty nice cash cow.

1. probally very hard to sell it

2 probally has no traffic

3 which leaves trying to "dev it"

Set up a nice social reviewing site, let users review their fave wines. There are thousands upon thousands of wines in the world and many people are obsessed with it. Dont know if anything like that already exists (i imagine it does) but could work well.
