I am selling 1 text link on my Nintendo gaming websites forum:

The text link will be a sitewide text link appearing on EVERY page on the forum. Text link will be visible on the footer, next to the other 3 text links.
The forum as a pagerank of 3. The website gets 1,000+ unique visitors a day and 5,000+ page views a day. Most visitors are all from the forum; as the forum is extremely active and gets hundreds of posts a day. Proof of stats can be seen here:
