According to your own appraisal, please list out which domain/s (you think) you can easily sell above $5000, $10,000 and $15,000

Please mention reason why you think your domain is valuable.

Those who agree with the domain appraisal, please like.

For those who disagree with the domain appraisal, please click Thanks.

Moreover, you can also appraise your own domains higher than $ 500 here in this thread.

What's your opinion sir..???
I think he was trying to figure out how many hotels in the world have anything to do with cheese. And also trying to figure out what "hurger" means and what that has to do with a hotel at all.

Did you mean restaurant instead of hotel?

Either way, the name is just a typo of "Cheeseburger". There isn't really any value in that.

Funny thread. Just seeing this, so I should list my names and put any amount I want on them.

I will head and register mycrapnames.com and list it "priceless".

Techfactr.com

It can be a Million dollar tech website...
It could be a million dollar tech website, if it was an established website. What do you think the domain alone is worth?

PoweredGPT.com - $1900

Vissuals.com but its best for end user

Aqqus.com
I consider it to sell $5000 or a little lesser because this can easily be picked up by a new or emerging tech company ready to launch a new product into the market

With all due respect, what is the purpose of this? It seems like just another way to peddle our wares and there doesn't seem to be any quantitative back-up to appraisals, like comp sales. It's such a crapshoot because a domain ultimately is worth whatever a buyer will pay.
BUT - while I'm here, I'll pose a question. Hyphens? I never touch them. Or go to any website that has one. Does anyone think they're valuable? I have a friend who develops sites and swears by them.
Thanks
Standard practice in Germany to separate words with hyphens.

Scandinavians love the bindestreck as well. It denotes the joining of two words in their own right. We join several words together in speech.
The Detective Bureau would be Detektivbyrån. Not to do so would be a grammatical error du to separation of words called särskrivning (apart writing). Words that are compounded in Swedish are not in English.

For capitalised words it looks like this.
Norwegian Swedish would be Norsk-Svensk so in this case it would be wrong to remove the bindestreck hyphen.

Same in German as these are Germanic rules. Swedish is a North Germanic Language (ett nordtyskt språk).

Will do. I figured one comment would be less burdensome for you guys than submitting 20 reports. :)

amazonbuy.co.il Only at Israel but a blast domain
amazonmarket.co.il Only at Israel but a blast domain
bestdeals4me.com People always looking for deals, so...
amazonusadeals.com Amazon and USA? good.
veganlifemarket.com Vegan trending rising star
ratealexa.com That name could easily go for 10000/20000 $
usfoodreview.com looking for restaurant in the US? there you go!
aliexpressmobile.com That name could easily go for 10000/20000 $
Lots of trademark issues there. I would try to avoid those types of name in the future.

Is it a problem? I bought the name legit...
It just makes the names very challenging to sell for a number of reasons.

When you buy a name that contains a brand as popular as Amazon (or Alexa), you pretty much guarantee that no one will be able to buy/use it except for the TM holder. Obviously this seriously limits your pool of buyers... And because you risk legal action by approaching the TM holders themselves, your chances of selling are almost nil.

Add to this the outside chance of legal action just for owning a name that blatantly encroaches on a brand, and it doesn't make a lot of financial sense to hold them.
