- BuckwheatRecipes.com (4,400/1,900)
- VehiclePollution.com (5,400/1,300)
- KuwaitPeople.com (1,900/260)
- Cooking-Videos.com (18,100/5,400)
- GroundTurmeric.com
- AmericanBookseller.com
- FlyToKiev.com

I'll do my best but I'm new so take it with a grain of salt.

BuckwheatRecipes.com - pretty narrow niche,reseller $x,enduser mid $xx to Very Low$xxx.
VehiclePollution.com - relevant but there are much better terms out there (auto,car) reseller $xx, enduser low $xxx
KuwaitPeople.com - Do the Kuwaitis speak and type English? reg fee.
Cooking-Videos.com - I like this one but don't know anything about the hyphenated so I'll pass.
GroundTurmeric.com - Again very narrow niche. Can't think of a reason to buy it. $x
AmericanBookseller.com - Obviously best of the bunch. Reseller $xxx, Enduser mid $xxxx?
FlyToKiev.com - Nothing against Kiev but I don't like it. It's short and dot com but it's still 3 keywords. I know it's an important city in Eastern Europe but they don't speak or type English there. Maybe low $xx?
LearningFAQ.com Wild guess $xx-low $xxx. Hold it and use any sale profits to develop something - study guides,sell Coles Notes,pre-written essays etc.
DownloadXS.com - Maybe the sleeper of the bunch. Very brandable. Reseller mid $xxx
enduser $XXXX -mid $XXXXX

On the other hand - I know nothing.
