Looking for your opinions for BoneCancer.Net. High PPC. Any value or should I build out a site?

Thanks in advance!

I'm new to domaining. I've only been doing it for a few months. I'm curious why this domain would have "no value". Is it because it is a .net? Bone Cancer seems like a serious problem, and this seems like a pretty good EMD.

Oh I see, so .net are bad for cancer.

This is a good lesson. Thank you.

Maybe I'm not getting something but it appears that there aren't sales related to disease names on namebio. Not sure if is how market is on these domains or a namebio policy of not showing these sales. Let's wait what other more experienced users have to say...

This domain registered in 15 extensions. Of the few i checked only .org was developed.
Your domain IP History 34 changes on 34 unique IP addresses over 15 years
Registrar History 5 registrars with 3 drops
Its a good name, cancer is very common and someone could do good with the trusted .net extension.
You may never get an offer on it, you could develop it. I have not had success with my medical names, though i make no effort to sell them
List them at the usual shady places and see if you have any action, but if it was mine i would renew at expiry for sure and consider very much building a website. net and cancer is fine imo, but that is only my opinion and i cant find any facts to back that up at google
