SEEKING MSSQL & MS ACCESS DATABASE DEVELOPER

Hello, I have an application running on a site that uses Access database that has been imported to MSSQL. I have 25 categories that I created manually and inserted into a sub-directory, now I need to have them inserted into about 500 other sub-directory categories also.

Is there a more efficient way to do this?
